Yup, 4r36 is the most possible movement seiko can use to keep the price range to a minimum. I just hope they upgrade the dial or probably use a sumo like dial.

Might want to consider the size of the watch. More women are into big watches nowadays specially sport watches. My wife loves her big Philip Stein and the Technomarine. Just a suggestion Sir.

Well I think there is a petition from some watch forums for this Seiko 007-009 to house a 4r36 movement. I like the 4r36 because like the ETA 2824, it can be hand wounded and the seconds hand can be hacked.

I like diver's watches because I can use it in my swimming, snorkeling and diving adventures. Pilot watches? Don't know how to fly a plane.;) But I own a vintage pilot Steiny though.:)

Nice strap. The black one would look great on a borealis Sea Hawk with the black dial and green bezel.;) While the orange strap would be best used on an all black Sea Hawk.
